Staff were not helpful. Walked in to ask how to make appointment for a health check because the website didnt have it clearly stated, I was given a number to text and make a booking. Sadly no one wanted to reply my text. When i went back to ask if there was any issues, we discovered there were two numbers, both with alpro profile picture and both for starling. Dietitian Isma was very accommodating in helping me purchase what I need. He saw me queue and immediately offered his assistance. He even checked the products' ingredients list just to make sure. He was kind and patient with my multiple requests. I commend him for his customer service.
