Bad service from Sherwin Chua. He treated a paying customer, very poorly. He was RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, and UNPROFESSIONAL throughout the interaction. Customer service should be respectful at the very least, but this experience was disappointing

During my visit, I clearly and carefully explained my medical condition in detail to the male pharmacist on duty. Very friendly and helpful pharmacist and staff members. The store has huge variety of high quality OTC and prescription medications, alongside delicious RTE and RTD products from Japan. Regular Alpro membership is accepted here.
