Alpro has lived up to its expectations always. I travelled to Kuching for work this weekend and decided to walk-in for a health screen when I found out that they were having the family health awareness campaign. I am happy that they have my purchase history recorded in the system despite all my purchases were in the outlets in west Malaysia. Bad service from Sherwin Chua. He treated a paying customer, very poorly. He was RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, and UNPROFESSIONAL throughout the interaction. Customer service should be respectful at the very least, but this experience was disappointing

Very friendly and helpful pharmacist and staff members. The store has huge variety of high quality OTC and prescription medications, alongside delicious RTE and RTD products from Japan. Regular Alpro membership is accepted here.
