Not a good first experience, came in knowing what I wanted. I asked for a specific brand and she said she was going to go get the brand. Then she came and upsell me something make expensive. Wah don’t need to bait and switch la, just take what I asked and the one you have and suggest. This makes me feel like the training isn’t sufficient and like I have to ask two three times every time to get what I want
Dina very frenly. Service above n beyond
I had a viral infection on my lips, and my car was under repair, so I couldn't go out. I'm so grateful for the timely response from the Alpro team. The online consultation was clear and easy to understand, and the Grab medication delivery service efficiently and conveniently solved my urgent problem. Thank you so much! 🙏
