My experience is the office ppl tend to have it as the techs out in the field are beneath them causing tech to not want to work for them horrible place to work trickling down to the techs
They were no show after Nathan called and scheduled for 1pm 4-4-2022 ETA. Not a call to tell me anything and I have employee siting at the location on non-working day. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Find someone else to service your equipment, these people overcharged me for slipshod service & refused to replace a 5 week old carbonator they installed.(Took them 2 tries to get it)
Incredibly unfairly priced and hidden fees. I would not call then for a service call. Their technicians exaggerate on the invoice and do the bare minimum. I would deffnetly resort to stay away take it from my experience
Worst customer service you could ever find. Especially Sherry and the young girl they never give the right answer worst worst worst.
