Went to ALPRO Physio for treatment and honestly had a good experience. The physio really took time to check my condition and explain what’s going on, not just straight away do treatment. What I like is they guide you properly on exercises and make sure you understand, not just do once and finish. The sessions also don’t feel rushed, and the staff are friendly so it’s quite comfortable even if it’s your first time.
