Arrifah is fantastic, very well versed and professional. I have been going around looking for physios who can address my postpartum problems, nothing seemed right until I randomly walked into Alpro Physio and had a chat with Arrifah. It felt right to me there and then, had a session with her and she had address all my problems. I did feel improvement, it's really great. If there was 11 stars I would have given 11. The sessions price is also affordable and it makes it very easy to come back again for follow up sessions
Ms Arrifah is very professional and patient. She explained postpartum recovery clearly and taught me effective exercises for core and pelvic floor. Highly recommend! Thank you
