I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I arrived limping and needed assistance from my family just to get into the store to buy a walking aid. As soon as the staff saw us, they immediately rushed out to hold the door open and help me inside. A special shoutout to Hui Bing, who was incredibly empathetic and helpful.
