I had an unpleasant experience with a male staff at this Alpro Pharmacy. I asked about gout medication and was told there were many types. When I took some time to confirm the correct medication with my family, the staff appeared impatient. The situation became worse when he openly discussed an internal RM3 cash shortage issue with other staff at the counter.
