I visited to purchase cough medicine, but unfortunately no staff approached or assisted me when I entered the store. It was only when I reached the cashier to make my payment that I was asked about my symptoms and given a recommendation. What disappointed me was seeing other customers who entered after me being greeted and assisted immediately, while I was not.
