Seorang staf di sini yang bernama *NUR FARHANA* langsung tidak memandang muka apabila ibu saya bercakap dan bertanya dengan sopan , bukan sekali ya tapi dah banyak kali kami datang. Tiada eye contact, tiada sikap hormat, langsung tidak profesional. Ini bukan sekadar layanan buruk, tetapi menunjukkan sikap tidak peduli terhadap pelanggan, lebih-lebih lagi warga emas. Jika beginilah standard perkhidmatan di sini, sangat mengecewakan dan memalukan.
