Hi, please advise your staff to explain to customers how to take their medication. I picked up my medicine here, but the staff member simply put it in a bag without explaining the dosage, how to use it, or what each medicine is for. I received several items, including one meant for gargling, but no one explained whether it should be swallowed or used as a rinse. This could be very confusing or even unsafe for patients.
