I had a great experience at Alpro Pharmacy in Pontian. The staff member, Hairulnisah, was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend this pharmacy!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service attitude at this pharmacy. We queued at the counter to ask about medication and treatment for an injury. When it was finally our turn, one of the pharmacists asked what we needed, but then allowed another customer behind us to make a payment first. Is there no proper queue system or respect for first-come, first-served order? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

服务干差！！！不知道顾客买什么药？什么理由哦？电脑都有纪录顾客买什么药，浪费我的时间，雨下那么大！！！！妈的 Terrible service!!! They didn't even know what medicine the customer bought? What was their reason? The computer records everything, yet they wasted my time, especially with the rain pouring down! Damn it!
