I am extremely dissappointed with the service provided by staff NURSAPIRA BINTI ABU. The level of professionalism and cust serv displayed was far below expectations. Very friendly!!! I have 5 ulcers on my mouth and the pain is so irritating . As soon as i walk in, a staff asked me if he can help, i said i want ulcer med, he immediately asked for type of application. His response was quick and easy, he shows some and i said i want the gel type plus a painkiller. Very detailed yet concise, thank god he didn’t ask many question cuz having ulcers making me panas baran haha. The price is affordable and everything drug is working accordingly.
