salah sorang staf alpro kubg kerian yg tinggi besar kulit gelap berkaca mata beri layanan teruk kpd cust. bercakap sgt kurang ajar kpd pembeli. sy salah sorg cust p nk ambil item yg d book op cwgn t.chat minta ambil d kk (kebetulan item trsebut habis d cwgn dia) bila nk pi ambil kk lain plak yg dijawab oleh staf tu. kita ada hak pembeli, sebagai penjual klau U xnak jual ke malas ke apa cakap elok2 jgn over sgt kpd pembeli dan sepatutnya klau U tu cerdik boleh call dulu cwgn tc utk confirmation tanya dulu sekian2 bukan terus ... read more
Nice place, customer service was also very helpful. Even offered other things which were helpful (In this case I had sore throat so they gave me painkillers which were cheaper than what I usually took) And props to Waheedah, hope she keeps up the good service and gets paid handsomely for it.
