Got the mattresses in for their deep cleaning services because my girl keeps sneezing at night. The amount of dust that came out was honestly disgusting but she's been sleeping through since. Should've booked way earlier.

I made appointment for checkup today, been driving 28km to reach here. But I was told there is no more cholesterol test strip. How can the pharmacy rep confirm my appointment while they ran out of strip? I was told the person reply my message wasn't aware there are no more strips. However this shouldn't be excuse, it just demo to me things are not in good hand and failure in communication within crew. Not a good experience, please improve.
