"Extremely poor service from a Malay female staff member. I visited around 10:00 AM to show a photo of a medicine on my phone and ask if it was available or required a prescription. Without even looking at the image, she immediately dismissed me and said she couldn't help. I went to another pharmacy instead, where the pharmacist actually looked at the photo, checked their stock, and provided the medicine right away. What an incredibly disappointing experience at Alpro Alor Gajah."
