I found Alport Insurance very difficult to work with as a insurance provider. I asked to receive the specifications about my current insured property and they refused to release information about the property. I will be ending my coverage shortly, and wouldn't recommend their services in the future.

Very positive customer experience today with Trina and Greg. They actually talked me out of spending more on insurance than I had to. Also, they printed off some documents for me at no charge. Great service, friendly, helpful.

Went to title a vehicle after purchasing from an elderly couple. Was told they signed it the wrong spot. Went to Qualicum to have the former owners resign. Took papers back to Alport and after 20 min of messing around, was told the signatures weren't exact enough. I have been insuring my vehicles there since moving here 5 years ago. No longer. Made me feel like I was committing fraud in front of my 2 children. Coastal was more than helpful and friendly. You lost a customer.
