Super happy with the service. They were almost closed when I went there. But they fixed my tire quickly. Simal was extremely helpful.
Worst place to replace tire. I installed two pair of snow tires one and half year ago and only driven 10k to 15k kilometres. Now when I reinstall that tire for this winter that’s start shaking very badly, I told to Ali tire your tires have problem, they said our warranty cover only one season. I went in to have my tires changed from summer to winter and specifically gave a heads up to be careful with the rims. Unfortunately, when I got the car back, the rims were scratched. I brought it to their attention, and at first I was told the manager would help resolve the issue. However, when the manager came, he completely denied responsibility, said it wasn’t a big deal, and claimed they most likely didn’t cause the damage.
