The most bizarrely bad restaurant experience I've had in my life. Somehow it was the first day for everyone there (seems to be a re-occurring theme in other reviews) and nobody was trained. We were told to get our own drinks from the bar. Food came either incredibly slowly or not at all. There is no way this place would survive anywhere but a tourist town with a fresh supply of new customers who don't know any better. Avoid at all costs.
We have come here for the last three years and this meal was the absolute worse. The place smelled like body odor. We waited one hour for drinks. Someone really needs to open a fondue competitor to this place. Ate there with our family and it was beyond disappointing at every level - read the reviews below and we had the same experience. Laughably tragic for what could be a great concept, feels like they just gave up and are going to try and collect as many $500 dinner bills with minimal cost before they mail it in.
