I bought an Alpinestars Tech-Air 3 air vest and had an accidental deployment while riding. I contacted Alpinestars, sent the vest in, and they inspected it. They determined it was not my fault, repacked the airbag, and sent it back to me at no charge. I’ve also had a few connection issues with the vest, and every time I’ve reached out, customer service responded quickly and actually helped resolve the problem. Last time I do business with this company I’ve always used them and even had $1200 in orders I bought off their page on Amazon for Black Friday and I’m now canceling all of it bought a jersey and pants that didn’t fit well and rode around the yard and up and down the street for 5 min tops with them and realized that they just wouldn’t work so I sent them back for an exchange and they tell me theirs too much wear and tear to resell which they looked in original condition when I sent them back. Great service and support: I have a set of Tech 10's that you repaired when the inside ankle area hit my foot peg and ruined some insulation and a rivet holding the top clasp assembly down. I was so impressed with the repair service process you offer on your site. The work was done with such great care and quality, and the turnaround time was faster than I could have expected. You have a customer for life. Your support on this expensive boot made me go out and buy a second pair of Tech 10's.
