Great service and support: I have a set of Tech 10's that you repaired when the inside ankle area hit my foot peg and ruined some insulation and a rivet holding the top clasp assembly down. I was so impressed with the repair service process you offer on your site. The work was done with such great care and quality, and the turnaround time was faster than I could have expected. You have a customer for life. Your support on this expensive boot made me go out and buy a second pair of Tech 10's.
Expensive gear that's not worth the low quality and the customer service is rude/terrible.
Sent in a brand new jacket for warranty, had to pay my own shipping, took two months plus. What I got back was a complete joke! They just replaced the zipper with the same defective one and their taylor sucks! The zippers were sewn in unevenly, so when the jacket is zipped up, it's all bunched up and irregular. This jacket was and still is defective!
