Terrible! Unprofessional. Avoid dealing with these people. You will not be satisfied. Very unorganized. Told me a quote Sat and then changed the rate before finalizing then tried to say I was confused when I called back to book Monday. Shady guy tried to add $100 by saying when I got the quote I only told him I had 4 passengers not 6. Like I forgot how many people are in my group? He then insulted me, and began getting belligerent.
