We lived here for one year only small family of 3 no pets. We received a surprising final bill of $600 dollars instead of receiving some of our return deposit. This bill includes a full apartment paint job and complete carpet replacement as well as cleaning charges We called the Office attendant stated that they take pictures of apartment and send over to corporate. Corporate then bases the condition of the apartment based only on pictures and send us over a bill charging 125 for cleaning the apartment when upon move in they... read more
