Aweful. Dr. Thompson was extremely standoffish and irritable. At 27 weeks she "fired" me as her patient for not getting my blood work done in time.She supposedly sent a certified letter to my address. When I inquired about the letter the receptionist told me someone named ilsa signed it. I told her I had no idea who it was and the receptionist for an attitude with me and told me I was terminated for medical incompliance because I did not get my blood work done in time. Extremely friendly staff and highly professional doctors. Patient centered office, always caring and considerate.I would highly recommend this practice.
I was new to the area when I found out the I was pregnant with our third child. I was referred to Alpine Women's Health. I have to admit that I was very unsure about the care I would receive and worried about finding a new OBGYN without knowing the area it made me very nervous. The OBGYN that I had seen with my previous pregnancy was an awful and kinda ruined my faith in all doctors. My pregnancy was high risk and he did very little to prevent complications. Love them. Amazing. Dr. Dekay was awesome and the staff was great also. I would always come back here for all my female needs. Thank Dr. Dekay for a memorably delivery and check-ups.
So compassionate! – Dr. Dekay helped us with our pregnancy and the delivery of our son. He always listened to our concerns and addressed them one by one. The office is bright and modern and is located right downtown. The staff is very firendly.
Very accommodating and sensitive to my needs. – I went to Alpine Women's Health for a high-risk pregnancy and Dr. Dekay was very accommodating to my pregnancy goals and wishes while assuring us of a safe and healthy delivery.
Worst Office Staff ever! – I highly recommend taking your business else where! Difficult to make appointments, busy phone, Then Dr. Cappuro cancelled her appointment with me 1 hr prior. I could not reschedule at that time. Then when I did they refused saying it was I that cancelled. Now, I have to wait 3 days for a return call to see if I can make an appointment! extremely unprofessional!
