I called 10 days ago to schedule for dryer repair. Message said they will return call, the didn't. So I called again, left message with lady again. After 8 days I called again, lady said they were busy doing walk in refrigerators because of heat. I said but I called you 8 days ago! She didn't even apologize but said I am on the list. Ha!
