DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is a horrible community. They refuse to provide speed bumps and another child just got hit by a speeding car. I come out of my home to leave for work in the mornings and there are dead animals because of the speeding cars. It is 15 mph and cars go literally fly down the street going 50 mph, even when the children are walking to and from the bus stop. Samanta was great. Walked me through the process which was very simple. She answered any questions that I had and I am very pleased with the experience.
Terrible management. Please be careful trying to live here if you are of any color. I filled out every application, background check and credit check they needed. I have great credit and renting history. Arrived to view the unit to be told they have nothing available, no appointments scheduled and we have to reapply to see if we meet the “community standards”. The same with the black couple after us. Only apply if you are into white supremacy 🥲
