Terrible management. Please be careful trying to live here if you are of any color. I filled out every application, background check and credit check they needed. I have great credit and renting history. Arrived to view the unit to be told they have nothing available, no appointments scheduled and we have to reapply to see if we meet the “community standards”. The same with the black couple after us. Only apply if you are into white supremacy 🥲
I had nothing bad to say but that nice quite place to live.no one bothers us.Very friendly ppls.We should have a neighbor watch,Last summer i had kids around my yard .Parents need to watch their children's!!Its really a nice place to live .Letting you all know when I lived here I had a garden ! They never ever cut my garden ,I always Kept up with my lawn n Garden! Lisa is really nice really respectful
