I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years (this May), and unfortunately things have gotten out of hand over time. The biggest issue is the water billing system (RUBS). There is no reason residents should be paying high water bills regardless of actual usage. Even when trying to conserve water or not being home much, the charges remain unreasonably high. I live out of state I'm here visiting I've been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with this company so that I can cash purchase a mobile home and nobody has gotten back to me I've even gone to the office which was locked left several emails I spoke with people on the phone I guess they're not interested in selling
