What you leave behind. – Consider this before moving here. If the owner of the mobile home passes away. If you have noone 55yrs or older to live in the community then the owners will: A.) Abandon the mobile home. B.) Try to sell the mobile home (Take a huge loss.) and still pay monthly lot fee untill sold. C.)Move the trailer to another lot. Which will cost you anywhere from 2-5 thousand dollars. Remember your family will have to burden this.
Moving? Move on!!! – I think it's completely ridiculous that a person could have moved their trailer in 25 years ago and it be totally 'broke down.' Yet there are stipulations that your trialer has to be new in order to move in here. How new is the 25 year old trailer??? Does it have vinyl siding and shingled roof? Probably not! But that's what they're expecting of any new one moving in. I understand that you cant make people move out. But at least give consideration to potential residents.
