Dr.Schultz was extreamly compassionate and helpful. She took an unfortunate situation and made it the least stressful as possible for my family. Can't say thank you enough 🖤💙💜
All the vets and vet techs are so friendly and knowledgeable. Our pets have never had a bad experience there. So nice they do follow up calls to check on your pet
They should make it very clear that you can not go in the back with your pet or you need approval to do so. They also diagnosed over the phone and could of overdosed my cat by assuming she has fleas. They wanted to give her flea meds without even examining her. My cat has allergies because she saw a fear free vet who actually looked at her. They also want a $90 deposit for appointments which is ridiculous. The information I got over the phone was horrible and when I drove all the way down there they had no information record... read more
