The doctors, techs, and front line staff are all outstanding. My cat isn't thrilled about his visits there, but I know they consider his health care as a priority.
What a unfortunate disappointment, this review isn’t directed at the Dr that I worked with as she was compassionate and patient, this is directed at the other staff who lacked communication when scheduling, when to pick up meds, when to drop off for an appointment, after care etc. Then made to feel dumb for not knowing the information when how was I supposed to know!? They've taken great care of my kitties over the years and have done a great job managing my kitties' chronic health conditions, specifically environmental allergies and chronic kidney disease. Bonus - they are truly local, and not operated by a conglomerate or megacorp.
They have a sign in the lobby with a candle. The candle is lit when someone is saying goodbye to a loved one so all will stay quiet. Sadly they FORGOT to light the candle for Wilbur. After all I had been through. To hear laughter and loud talking when I am on the floor in tears with my boy, was beyond anything I have ever experienced when dealing with such stress. I will NEVER refer this clinic to anyone. I left in tears!
