Negligent and dangerous life-threatening malpractice. My dog died 2 weeks after a tooth extraction from internal bleeding. Stay away!!!!! I took my 6-yo Cavalier King Charles Spaniel into Alpine for a tooth extraction on May 21. I picked him up later the same day and he seemed groggy and a bit out of it.
