Great service, especially when you run out of water and call after hours and leave a voicemail, they had water at our shop the next day. We have been using them for a long time now at our small shop and they always take good care of us.
First off, we started home delivery of 5 gallon water jugs several years ago. Delivery is reliable, staff is helpful and responsive, water tastes great. No complaints, only good things to say. We also have a 55 gallon fish tank. I fought algae and fought it and fought it. I tried carbon dosing, algaecides, hydrogen peroxide, all sorts of things. I have to call this company every month. There is always a problem. yesterday they showed up at my house a day early. They’re supposed to call me a day in advance. No phone call. I ordered four waters and they charged me $71.75 my home water bill on a monthly basis is not this high. I have never dealt with more incompetence from a company in my life.
