I brought my Porsche 911 to Alpine Service Center for brakes and rotors, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The braking performance now is smooth, sharp, and a major upgrade. I had service on my daughter's aging Honda, and was blown away with the care and patience Rob took to explain what needed to be done. He understood my worries, about the safety of her car and put me at ease. The work was done as described and in a timely manner despite having a full garage. I told him do whatever needs doing! Well Rob hit the mark and above and Im so grateful. When I picked it up it was purring and sparkling clean to boot!! You need three things in this life: a good barber, a good bartender and a good mechanic. Rob at Alpine is your good mechanic. Now, I bring him German vehicles which I know he specializes in (particularly BMW) but Rob and crew take exquisite care of your car and do everything they can to save you some dollars. In a world where you cannot be sure who to trust, you can trust these guys.
I dropped my car off for an oil change three days ago without checking their fee. Here's what I've been charged for oil changes at different stores for the same make of my two vehicles: Alpine Valley Motorsports: $272.81 Good Year in Englewood, NJ: $127.37 I do not recommend this store. Instead, please do thorough comparison before leaving your vehicle for any type of repair and/or service at this store.
