Dr. Ogilvie needs to retire and shut down his practice immediately. He stripped out the screw on my husband's implant when he was trying to tighten it, which only made his pain and discomfort worse. Despite his mistake, he still charged us for the work he did. My husband had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. My husband asked for a copy of his records to provide the new dentist and was informed they did not exist. I went in to get a crown Dr. Ogalvie had put in tightened. In doing so he stripped the screw in the implant. Back few days later so he could try to fix his mistake. He couldn't but still charged me for his mistake and trying to fix it both, then sent me somewhere else. To add insult to injury he had no information on the crown he placed/ruined so I had to pay extra for the new place to do a bunch of research and trial n error. Not very professional!
