We had 4 horses onboard while it was 102 degrees outside.. our air ride had died and needed a battery jump to get back going on the road and one tire changed. We arrived 30 minutes before business closed, 14 hours from home and he told us he couldn’t help us with a simple battery jump. This man is cruel and VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place

The Best I have had Mark at Alpine work on my cars since 1999 and wouldn't go anywhere else. He's worked on my Volkswagens, Audis, Isuzus, Toyotas, Mazdas and Jeeps. If he doesn't know what's wrong, he gets on the phone and finds out before tinkering. They charge very fairly and there is no B.S. I highly recommend them.....I kiddingly tell him I should own stock in the company because of all the work I've had him do. If he offered it to me, I'd buy it.
Honest Service Alpine Tire does a great job with my car. They have done several repairs on it in the 2 years I have been going there. When they put new tires on, one of them was defective. I forgot about the problem until it was time for a tire rotation a whole year later, and they still remembered me and gave me 2 new tires completely free. It couldn't have been easier! I was so happy.
Slow Service Had a spare that had gone bad due to dry rot and that's all that I wanted. Salesman tried to sell me a whole new set of tires -- minus 1 star. Service was quite slow despite only one other customer there -- minus 1 star. Not part of a large franchise which means you'll likely get better work (despite being slow). No rudeness experienced, nor friendliness, rather indifferent. Overall it evened out to a very average transaction.
Great Service These guys go out of their way to assure you have the best deal. The shop doesn't look like a sissy place. It's tiny and cramped. But Scott does a super conscience job and I'm taking my other cars for tires and wheel alignments.
