These are by far the worst apartments in the area. These apartments got sold and are now under new management. Don't be fooled, there is no onsite manager and the new management is unresponsive on a daily basis, don't bother calling the emergency after hours number, they are rude and unresponsive and brush everything off as a tomorrow problem. I lived here for years. The previous management was great, the manager had the apartments clean and up to date, she was on top of things but over the last year or so things have really gone downhill. The management has been changed twice in the past year, there has been constant manager changes and the apartments were sold to new owners. If you can handle living in a low income type housing this is the place for you. Loud kids everywhere, people do not clean up after their dogs, constant bathroom clogs, water shutdowns, people with more than two cars using all the parking spaces, people do not watch their children therefore, there is trash everywhere, cars that have been hit and ran.
