If you can handle living in a low income type housing this is the place for you. Loud kids everywhere, people do not clean up after their dogs, constant bathroom clogs, water shutdowns, people with more than two cars using all the parking spaces, people do not watch their children therefore, there is trash everywhere, cars that have been hit and ran. The water is constantly getting shut off for repairs. People also don't clean up after their dogs. There are no poop bags in the complex yet animals are allowed. Sometimes the power gets shut off or goes out due to wind storms or fire. I've lived here about 2 years now and I can't wait to move.
I lived here for 6 years. If you can stand having your water often shut off because if they have to work on something, everybody gets shut off since there's only one shut off for the entire place. It was miserable. Also, management has their favorites who get different treatment than others. Parking was always an issue because there are not enough spaces. Therefore, you come home with groceries etc. and have to park way off in the second parking lot because someone has taken your assigned space. Didn't work for me and I was ... read more
