VETERANS SHOULD AVOID THIS PROPERTY. You will not be treated with respect. This property has never had good management and the latest company to take over has been the worst. For weeks I have been in touch with the new management about a roof leak that has been reoccurring in the same spot for years. I mentioned a mold concern and they have provided bare minimum communication and act like its a huge inconvenience when I ask for an update. These are by far the worst apartments in the area. These apartments got sold and are now under new management. Don't be fooled, there is no onsite manager and the new management is unresponsive on a daily basis, don't bother calling the emergency after hours number, they are rude and unresponsive and brush everything off as a tomorrow problem. The same management is quick to increase rent and force leases on people but do not have the common decency or professionalism to actually care about the tenants. The apartments are ol... read more
I lived here for years. The previous management was great, the manager had the apartments clean and up to date, she was on top of things but over the last year or so things have really gone downhill. The management has been changed twice in the past year, there has been constant manager changes and the apartments were sold to new owners.
