Our Mitsubishi Mini-Split unit needed just a maintenance check-up. Jason Usher and Ryan Usher were polite, informative, and professional with the work they were performing. They encouraged my questions and were patient with my lack of understanding the unit. Both the outside unit and the inside unit were serviced with everything being put back in place as they left. I highly recommend Alpine and these 2 gentlemen!
I had a new furnace and central AC installed and the entire experience was excellent. The crew arrived on time, was professional, and cleaned up before they left. A week later, a follow-up visit was made to ensure everything was still operating as it should. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
