Avoid this company. We were long-time users of Alpine Stove, for the most part they were ok. Last year they left our blower completely dis-mantled and if I wanted to replace it, the cost was going be $800.00. We didn’t need the blower so we declined. It was this year that this company blew me away with incompetence. We scheduled to have an annual cleaning on a working gas fireplace. We were not at the property so there service tech entered and supposedly serviced the fireplace. We never heard back until we received the invoi... read more
Alpine replaced our old wood stove with a more efficient model in 2018. The installation went well, and we've been pleased with the increased efficiency - more heat from less wood.
