Came across Alpine Spas at the Sydney Home Show at the ICC and bought the 3 Seat Helsinki model. Family loves it and we use it at least 2-3 times a week! Quality is fantastic, high quality wood, tempered glass door to keep the heat in, Bluetooth speakers and colour changing lights. My husband and son put it together in a few hours.
Delivery was very prompt and sooner than we were expecting. Jenny has been very helpful in organising the despatch and updating us on it's progress.
Great company to deal with. We got the Matterhorn spa and we are very happy with it. Installation was simple and the delivery was seamless. As we are a family of 5 I recommend the Matterhorn spa due to its size, and layout with the bed and one deeper seat with more jets, as well as the cool down seat a little higher in the water. Perfect addition to any Australian backyard. Thanks guys!
I purchased the vista mini sauna And has been a really good product . I used kit assembly to put it together They did a great job. Kartik from alpine was very helpful This has been a a great addition to our back yard.
Just installed our new spa after finishing renovations. Big thanks to Shiv for an excellent sales experience—he went above and beyond with measurements, videos, and photos to make sure everything fit perfectly. Setup was easy, documentation comprehensive (cover lifter instructions could be clearer, though), and post-sale support has been great with follow-ups. Very happy so far!
