Thinking of this as a gesture of goodwill, I accepted the replacement as I require the therapy for health reasons and genuinely wanted the product to work. The Vista Mini Sauna is the best purchase we have made in a long while. The communication, delivery etc from Alpine and quality of the product is fabulous. The actual build went reasonably smoothly, given that the assembly instructions are a little ambiguous at times, which is evidenced by seeing that each sauna in these reviews have the shingles ending at different points on the barrel and the heater barrier is installed at different heights. I recently bought a sauna from Alpine spas and I have to say the whole experience from the purchase to delivery and installation was amazing. We even changed our order when a sale was on after we’d put a deposit down, and we wanted the sale price and extra bits thrown in. There was never an issue. We used their preferred installers Nate Gruszka and the builder Spiro. Very professional and nice guys. Highly recommended.
