Thinking of this as a gesture of goodwill, I accepted the replacement as I require the therapy for health reasons and genuinely wanted the product to work. A great experience with Alpine Spas. The sales process was seamless and clear, compared to a different brand I considered purchasing. I’m very thankful for being looked after by Kyle. We were able to have open discussions around choosing the right size of sauna, heating methods. Kyle helped guide me through in making the best decision for my set up. One of the best things I have ever done was purchase the Munro !! Absolutely love the spa. The kids and I are in it every day. We live in the upper Yarra where it can get quite chilly so we love how deep it is, the seats are all super comfy, heaps of room and the pressure of the jets is amazing. Best of all it is super easy to look after. Kartik and the dispatch team in Dandenong were amazing to deal with!. Hopefully add a sauna to the backyard next year.
Kyle has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He has been incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to help. From answering my endless questions about the sauna and cold plunge to assisting me with finding an installer and helping resolve any issues that came up If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and provides excellent after-sales support, I highly recommend Kyle. I recently bought a sauna from Alpine spas and I have to say the whole experience from the purchase to delivery and installation was amazing. We even changed our order when a sale was on after we’d put a deposit down, and we wanted the sale price and extra bits thrown in. There was never an issue. We used their preferred installers Nate Gruszka and the builder Spiro. Very professional and nice guys. Highly recommended.
