Our Oslo sauna is fantastic! So easy to put together & great for getting going each morning! Their customer service throughout the process was wonderful too
I have had my Sauna for over 3 months and I am loving it. I had alot of questions before we brought it and even after. Kyle from Alpine Spas was amazing. He was helpful honest and got back to all my emails promptly. (And there was alot) It was easy to set up and I love how it heats up quickly. I would give Kyle a 10/10 for customer service and for taking the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Nothing but good things to say about Alpine Spas. A special shout out to Jenny who was effervescent efficient and helpful. I ordered a wood fired Barrel Sauna to begin with, for sauna health and mindfulness. It is excellent. Easy to assemble and is working and looking great. A well made first class product. I am awaiting a Baltic wood fired hot tub for my muscle aches and pains, I expect it will be excellent if the sauna is anything to go by. We love our Sauna and Kartik helped us from the minute we walked in the door, all the way through the decision and purchase process. Kartik was helpful, professional and reached out to check everything was going well after the sauna was installed. Really appreciate the time he took to make suggestions and give helpful tips.
