After doing my research, I had a few questions before committing to the Lucca, particularly around the electrical installation and what information I need to forward to electricians for correct quotes. Alpine Spas responded quickly and with real detail every time, which gave me confidence early on that I was dealing with a company that actually knows their product. The team at Alpine are really are second to none. Every question was answered, and they were so helpful along every step of the way. They use real cedar in their saunas, as opposed to inferior pine. They also use top quality Harvia heaters in their saunas too. I jave no hesitation in recommending Alpine.
A fantastic experience all round. The buying process was easy and fast, then delivery was as promised and straight forward. I paid for the sauna to be constructed and this was great (even thought it was the small Mini-Vista). Sauna works as promoted and we love it. After sales service is first class - super responsive and helpful. Nothing is a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
