Ordered a Bullfrog A6l at start of July. Was told it would be delivered by latest mid August. Was only delivered today! Also what they don't tell you until the delivery is confirmed, is that they unpack the spa, but don't take ANY of the rubbish, packaging etc away. So now have a backyard full of Large boxes, sheets of wood used to box the spa on the truck, plus all of the other packaging ! If I had know this would have gone with soa world who actually setup And take the rubbish away. For the money, it's poor service.
We were extremely impressed with the whole process and experience of purchasing our sauna. Even when we first opened the crate, you could immediately see the care and attention to detail that had gone into packing everything. The sauna was extremely well protected and presented, and the beautiful smell of the timber when we opened the crate was an experience in itself.
