These guys are great to deal with. I needed some parts for my shutters (not purchased through them), and I reached out to Alpine for support. I explained what I needed, and they helped me out. Alpine Shutters is the place to go. They are fair in price and the workmanship beautiful. I'm so very happy and would rate them a higher stars than 5 if I could. I highly recommend to everyone.
So far so good this company came in at a affordable price showed up when they said and got the job done I must say these guys are the one also I got a couple estimates and everyone said there is no way that we can mess with their pricing and they do quality work. He said they use the same material we do we just have a larger outfit so I appreciate the reasonable price.
I had shutters put in about 2 years ago. I love them but like another consumer said, if you have problems later down the line they have no regards in coming to fix anything. I have been calling for weeks. Someone called me back to come out, but NEVER showed up. I called back with no response back at all!!! This to me is very poor customer service.
