Alpine Shutters installed our plantation shutters 4 years ago. They look great and have had great feedback from friends and family I had two pins break off . David had his team come out for free to incert the new pins . With service like this you should buy your Plantation shutters from Alpine !
We had Alpine Shutter Craft create shutters for our home and they are just fantastic. The quality is top notch…the finish is perfect…no imperfections. Another “perk” is the price is so reasonable. We got 4 shutters for the price of 2 that was quoted by another company…very happy about that. The gentlemen that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. Our installation date was exactly the date they stated. Think about them if you need shutters that are made the correct way!!
They make some of the best quality products I've seen and they're all made here locally in Mentone by local workers. Their plantation shutters are high end quality at very affordable prices. They even offer Military Discounts for Veterans. Only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because sometimes they're kind of hard to get a hold of and you always find yourself having to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call. But other than that this place is easy to recommend to Family, Friends, and strangers alike.
Needed repairs done on my Shutters which I paid for and the work was never done. I’ve been reaching out to them for seven months going back-and-forth Joe specifically telling me he’ll fix them and never does. I’ve taken off work for them to come fix it and he never showed up.. I’m gonna take my loss in money which sucks because I don’t have much, but eventually, it’ll all come back to them. You can’t do dirty things to people and not get paid back for it. .
