I visited Alpine for the first time today with co workers. I loved the location and we had a great time. The only thing I didn't like was the customer service. The staff were not helpful at all. I had to guess at who was staff and ask for help. Maybe if their logo or the word "Staff" was on the back of their shirt that would help. They had a small logo on the front that you couldn't see unless you were right infront of them. Once we received help, the staff were nice.
Business response:
So the Range officers should always have bright safety orange on. They have shirts and hoodies when it doesn't get to cold. In the winter they sometimes are a little harder to find, but they should have at least an orange hat on. It was nice the day you were out so they should have been easy to find. I'll ask around and see what was going on. Thanks for the reply.

Better than they used to be. Some of the range officers in the past were rude and aggressive. Seems they moved on. Good experience last trip. 2/17
I really enjoy taking my family here , the safety instructors on the lines have shown to be professional in doing their job , so that makes it more pleasurable for myself and my family .
