Everything from start to finish was outstanding. Questions were always answered and communication was excellent. Workmanship and cleanup could not have been better.
I had the most amazing experience, I did absolutely nothing. Joshua Craig was awesome, he handled EVERYTHING! Insurance, etc. the day of installation went just as it had been explained to me! I went to work came home and roof was done! No mess was left! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional roofing company! 5
We had a great experience with Alpine Roofing and Restoration. Cris Martinez and everyone at Alpine provided excellent customer service and great communication. They worked with my insurance to get a complete roof replacement and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew did an excellent job with the replacement and the clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Alpine Roofing and Restoration.
Cris Martinez was our salesman. I can’t say enough good things about him. He handled all the details with our insurance company. He was very persistent with them. It took from August to February to get a roof replacement approval from our insurance company with several denials in between. Cris never gave up and got a complete replacement just like he said he would. Our roof only took two days to complete and the guys were very professional and did an excellent job. It has been almost a year since Alpine Roofing installed our roof. Choosing Alpine has been one of my best decisions. They did everything they said they would do, the roof looks great and has been problem free. I would highly recommend Alpine Roofing!!!
