I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication with Alpine Recovery Lodge. I was texted from one of their employees (who isn't even on their website) and after a few texts back and forth they stopped replying to my messages and wouldn't answer any of my questions. I then called the lodge directly, no one answered so I left a message where I mentioned the urgency of getting ahold of someone. I never got a call back. RecommendedAlpine Recovery saved my life.... in more ways than just substance recovery. I went there intending to do 30 days and leave hoping I could get a handle of my alcoholism, I never anticipated leaving there a whole new person. I was able to work on all of the things that my alcoholism rooted from and in turn became a much healthier person mentally, physically and spiritually. The owners daughter thought she wasn't. getting paid. She called random people I know and was telling them all kinds of things about me and things I was involved while I was there. She arranged payments and discussed private information with my wife whom I've been separated from and refuses to send me a ITIMIZED bill of what I was charged for. To Ivy or whomever it concerns, I am writing to recommend Kari Erwin for your rehab facility. She is a wonderful individual who always thinks of others. The issue is she has done this for many years and stayed in a horrible abusive marriage thinking it would be best to stay. She has no self confidence and her self worth went downhill.
