I realize it's on the buyer to do due diligence how ever they sold us a property they said the main house was permitted and we find out 2 yrs later it's not. They caused us to lose 4 possible sales and now we have to get a permit for the main house that could take a very long time .realtors need to be up front with buyers we as buyers don't know all that much about due diligence buyers learn to do due diligence don't take your realtors word for it.
