Once in 2024 and more recently in 2026, I have booked an appointment through the Jane app, received confirmation and shown up for my appointment only to have no therapist there and no communication from them either. I've had other appointments occur with no issue but to be no showed no called by a therapist is a major gap.
I'm greatful for the gentleman who helped save our relationship, we both felt heard supported and guided through. Highly recommend Jeremy
