We loved our stay in CB! The house was beautiful- just like the pictures and the post. Alpine was super responsive and easy to work with!
Everything was great. Our one complaint was the hot water situation. A repairman was sent to the house and told us the hot water heater is fine but too small. Only one of us could have a luke warm shower each day—unacceptable in Colorado, even in the summer. That said, we will definitively consider renting again!
The condo was great, but noisy with the traffic on Gothic road. The main elevator broke down the day before we left and it was difficult to take our luggage down the stairs to use the back elevator. We notified a member of the Plaza HOA. We will stay in a different condo next year!
Once again we had a wonderful experience with Alpine Property Management. We have rented with them for the past 20years and always have been very pleased. The property in Crested Butte was perfect. The house was very clean and neat and well provisioned. Alpine Property Management is always very responsive to any additional needs or concerns. We will always rent with this company when in this area. Love Shay and everyone at Alpine Property!
Great house - felt like home away from home. Wild Iris was clean with plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The back porch is great for sitting outside. And the location is excellent for walking to all that CB has to offer. My teenagers walked from the house to trailheads for hikes on their own. I called Alpine property management once w a question and they were easy to reach and helpful. We had a great visit!
