Sarah is hands down the best RMT I have ever seen! She has taken such great care of me throughout my entire pregnancy, and I will continue to see her postpartum as well. It is so evident that Sarah has taken many professional development and training opportunities to advance her practice - especially when working with pregnant bodies. She provides a safe and comforting space and she always leads with kindness and respect. I cannot recommend Sarah enough if you are looking for an RMT for your pregnancy journey and beyond!

We’re very happy with our choice to hire Sarah as our Doula for the birth of our first child. Sarah helped us to prepare for a variety of birth outcomes and was very accessible and responsive before and after birth. Sarah has been so amazing throughout my pregnancy and postpartum experience! As first time parents, she was able to provide us with confidence and knowledge with zero judgment.
