After coming home from a long winter trip, we found our tankless water heater had stopped working, and since we also have radiant floor heating, we had no hot water or heat during very cold weather. We called Alpine Plumbing & Heating, and Cameron was kind, professional, and able to schedule service for the same day. Malachi arrived later that day, quickly diagnosed the plumbing and heating issue, picked up the needed parts, and got the system running again fast. He explained the repair clearly, checked that the hot water an... read more

I’ve relied on Alpine Plumbing & Heating for all of my plumbing needs for many years, and the service has been consistently excellent. During that time, malachi handled a wide range of work, including replacing a hot water heater, hooking up a new gas cooktop, swapping out faucets, installing new shutoff valves, fixing leaks, clearing clogged drain lines, repairing outdoor water lines, and putting in a whole-home water filtration system. He also helped check water pressure and made sure everything was running smoothly after ... read more

We have trusted this plumbing team for smaller repairs before, and this time we hired them for a big whole-home re-piping project with new Aqua-PEX lines. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Peace of mind means a lot during a major plumbing job, and we felt comfortable from beginning to end. The crew handled this important home upgrade with real skill, care, and clear communication. Starting with our lead plumber, malachi, the work was completed professionally and carefully all the way through. For about a week, malachi arr... read more

I really want to say how much I appreciate Cameron for the great plumbing service. He came out in the cold weather to repair a broken water line at our condo, and he handled everything with real skill and care. As the job went on, a few more leaks showed up around the shut-off valves and nearby plumbing parts, but he stayed on top of it the whole time. He waited patiently while the water utility crew arrived and worked through the weekend overnight hours without losing his professional attitude. He spent many hours making su... read more

Our water heater stopped working, so I called a few plumbing companies, but most were fully booked and others could not come until much later. We did not want to be without hot water for long. I finally reached a local plumber, and Cameron came out quickly with no service charge for the visit, which was a big plus. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to inspect the water heater carefully. He explained the problem in simple terms and went over our repair options without any pressure. We chose to have the water he... read more
