I recently dealt with Sar, the owner of the company. As far back as I can remember, I don’t believe I have ever had better customer service. Sar went beyond any expectations one could have with his professionalism and expertise. This company deserves an 11 out of 10 for a star rating. Sar at Alpine Pest control has helped us on three occasions, and I have been extremely pleased with his service every time. He first came two years ago to remove a bee hive that formed under our front steps. I did not hesitate to call him again this summer to take care of a wasp nest near the back porch. He sprayed a white powder and hours later the wasps were completely gone. Hands down the best pest control company in Vancouver. I had an issue with rodents and Alpine Pest Control handled it fast and professionally. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done properly. You can tell they actually care about their work and customers. They’re open 24/7, which helped me a lot, and the service was super smooth from start to finish. If you need any kind of pest removal—rodents, wasps, anything—these are the people to call. Highly recommend!
Unbelievable service, Sam is the real deal. Had terrible mouse problem, Sam got rid of problem right away. Highly recommend.
