We are a well-established business in Concord; our old-fashioned pasty shop has been located in Concord for over 40 years where we have been baking and crafting delicious confections and fabulous cakes. Alpine’s owners were trained and certified in Switzerland and settled in Concord in 1985. I absolutely love their Bavarian Cream Puffs. I drive from Walnut Creek just to get some. I have had some of their other things, which were good, but nothing exceptional. Id go there for the cream puffs alone and be very happy.
I tried to order a cake from this place and was told they could not do it! Said the cake designer couldnt draw and they didnt have any decorations that they could use. Went somewhere else and got just what I wanted at half the cost. Will never go back to Alpine.
I have gone there many times and love there service and there products.Some people must want things in a hurry and do not give them time to do there job.That is all I can say for the other review.

I have been trying to find a great bakery similar to the one I grew up with but sadly closed its doors. I have come across poor bakeries, but this one is a great local find! The dessert choices are plenty and the ones that Ive had the pleasure of tasting were all delicious! I was impressed by their sugar free treats as well: mini cheesecakes with all the flavor and sugar free! The German Chocolate & Tres Leche cakes are awesome!
