Cindy, is amazing to work with. She came in on a Saturday and her and I went through every house practically for sale in the park. The process took less than a month! I would recommend Alpine ☺️
We moved in on May 17 2023 with a lot rent of $545.00. Today we got a notice that on Nov 1 2025 our lot rent will now be $642.83. We’re officially paying more for the privilege to live here than we do the mortgage on the brand new trailer we bought when we moved in. We will be listing the house on the market within the next 12 months. This. Is. Not. Sustainable.
